Starting on 21st January 2016 with Introduction to Mindfulness (please book through http://www.akashayogacentre.co.uk)

Starting 28th January 2016 Mindful Eating 4 week course. Not another diet! No, this is a way to attune to the needs of your body for nourishment and care, relate to food healthily and without guilt or unhappiness.

Starting 25th January 2016 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – 8 week course for stress, anxiety and to live more contentedly.
